Both Cibolla County Detntion Facility and Otero County Proccessing center are operating in direct violation of H.B.9.
Attorney General Raul Torrez is not enforcing the law, instead waiting for the federal lawsuits to play out in court. This could take years and is giving time for DHS, the counties and private companies to get around the law. We demand the Attorney General enforce the law and close these facilties.
There are still drastic abuses happening in Torrance County and we demand Raul Torres shut this facilitiy down for abusing thousands of men.
